Payment timing and verification

• Retention confirmation: Commissions are confirmed after 60 days to ensure the customer remains active and the sale is valid.

• Payment window: Once a sale is verified and retention confirmed, the commission will be paid within 30 days of that confirmation.

• Example timeline: Sale date = Day 0 → retention check completes = Day 60 → payment issued by Day 90 at the latest.

What we need from you

Disputes and support If there’s a discrepancy, contact affiliate support via the partner portal; we investigate and resolve payout queries before the next payment cycle.

Security and privacy Payout details are stored securely and used only for commission processing and tax compliance.
